As a Bartender, you will be genuinely enthusiastic about the guest's overall beverage experience, whether it's providing an outstanding classic cocktail or creating an innovative drink.
What You'll Do:
- Work with a team to keep all areas cleaned and stocked
- Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks for patrons of bar and dining room
- Collect payment for orders made at the bar
- Arrange bottles and glasses to maintain an attractive display for guests
- Wash and sterilize stemware as needed
- Monitor and ensure no guest receives more than allowed number of drinks
- Serve alcohol responsibly
- Assist Servers as needed
What You'll Need:
- Proven bartending experience in a luxury or fastpaced environment
- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- Attention to cleanliness and safety
- Patience and customeroriented approach
- Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude
- Responsible and trustworthy
- Smart Serve certified
- Flexible availability to work various shifts, including weekends
