Description

The Saskatchewan Foster Families Association supports families in meeting the needs of children and youth in foster care or those placed with extended family caregivers.

Our In Home Support program provides front-line staff to assist with supervision, domestic support, mentorship, and other areas where identified.

Postsecondary education in human services field; equivalent experience and education will be considered
Demonstrate and practice a healthy lifestyle
Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with youth, staff and partnering agencies while maintaining strict confidentiality and appropriate boundaries
Excellent written and verbal communication
First Aid & CPR Training within 30 days of employment
Criminal Records Check (within 3 months) inclusive of vulnerable sector check
Able to work overnights (10PM to 6AM); weekend work may be required

Starting wage is between $18.00 and $21.00 per hour based on experience; Health Benefits are available after 3 months of employment.
