Responsibilities & Duties:
- Organize paperwork for inbound receipts and outbound orders
- Direct personnel to offload and load trucks
- Check inbound and outbound freight/orders for accuracy
- Direct personnel to pick/stage orders
- Verify product discrepancies / product confirmations
- Oversee Cycle counts
- Ensure all employees are working safely
- Handle all crossdock freight
- Handle communication between warehouse and office
- Open and close warehouse
- Ensure all employees are following proper procedures
- Create tasks for Weekend shift
- File daily paperwork
- Ensure all equipment is checked and maintained properly
- Assist with the daytoday warehouse operations volumes
Experience & Qualifications:
- 12 years' experience as a warehouse lead
- Valid Forklift License
- Able to lift up to 80 lbs
