Job Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Enter and update data into company databases with a high degree of accuracy.
- Verify and correct data discrepancies.
- Maintain data confidentiality and ensure data security.
- Perform regular data backups and recovery procedures.
- Generate reports and perform data analysis as required.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
- Follow data entry procedures and protocols.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 12 years of experience in data entry or a related field.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
