RESPONSIBILITIES
The Notary is required to perform the following duties and undertake the following responsibilities in a professional manner: notarizing documents and performing any duties in support of this position, within a small office setting.
This work, done from home, consists of calling institutions that may want to receive, or have received our business cards in the past.
(OPTIONAL) HELP DEVELOP A FRANCHISE MODEL FOR OUR BUSINESS
Entrepreneurial experience would be useful in this respect.
OTHER DUTIES
As a small business Employees may be asked to perform a variety of tasks in support of the business, when necessary
For example:
Follow-up for Clients who missed their appointment;
Sending automated texts to answer Client inquiries;
Taking advantage of in-office marketing opportunities when clients belong to an organization that could use our services.
QUALIFICATIONS
Paralegal License
Attention to detail
Customer service skills
Punctual

Part-time hours: 8-35 per week
Salary:
$25.00-$30.00 per hour
