Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train a team of janitorial employees, providing guidance and support as needed
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules to ensure efficient and thorough coverage of all areas
• Inspect the quality of work performed by team members and provide feedback and training as needed
• Ensure that all cleaning equipment and supplies are properly stored, maintained, and restocked as needed
• Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
• Oversee the implementation of safety procedures and ensure that team members are using personal protective equipment as required
• Respond to customer requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Prepare reports and provide updates to management on the status of janitorial operations
• Conduct performance evaluations for team members and provide feedback and coaching as needed
• Continuously improve and update cleaning procedures and protocols to ensure efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a janitorial supervisor or similar role
• Ability to supervise, train, and motivate a team of janitorial employees
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment, and their safe use
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Physical ability to perform the duties of a janitorial employee, including standing, bending, and lifting

Part-time hours: 40 per week


Salary:
$15.50-$23.55 per hour
