I am building a digital Tools Pack and recurring Membership product under a structured brand and need an experienced Digital Product + Email Automation Specialist to build the full system professionally and cohesively.
This is not a basic VA task. I am looking for someone who understands digital product ecosystems, automation logic, segmentation, and clean brand execution.Scope of Work

Create professionally designed, on-brand digital deliverables including:

Negotiation Scripts Pack (7 PDF templates)
Identity Reclaim Prompt Deck (Printable card-style PDF)
Goal Setting + Habit Tracker Templates (PDF + editable sheet)
Quick Wins Playbook (PDF)
Membership Deliverables
Monthly Meal Prep Mini-Kit (PDF)
Home Organization Mini-Kit (PDF)
Kid Activity Planner Kit (PDF)
Monthly Financial Challenge Worksheet (PDF)
Values Audit Worksheet (One-time join)
Monthly Identity Reset template (recurring)
All assets must:
Follow cohesive brand styling
Be clean, modern, structured (not cluttered)
Be printable + digitally usable
Feel professional and elevated
Brand guide and logo will be provided. Fonts are not finalized — I'm open to recommendations.
Mailchimp Automation Setup
Set up full automation system including:
Master branded email template
Tools Pack purchase flow
Membership purchase flow
Welcome series
Post-purchase delivery sequences
Tagging and segmentation structure
Trigger-based release of materials
Delays, logic, automation mapping
Additionally, I want a workflow that supports:
Social media comment keyword → DM link → Purchase → Automated delivery sequence.
Experience integrating ManyChat (or similar) is preferred.
Ideal Candidate
You:
Have built digital product ecosystems before
Are highly experienced in Mailchimp automation
Understand tags, segmentation, and workflow logic deeply
Can show examples of workbook/PDF product design
Think strategically, not just technically
Communicate clearly and proactively
Bonus if you:
Have experience with digital product launches
Have worked with coaching, education, or productivity brands
