Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives in the hydronics market.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Provide training, guidance, and support to enhance the team's product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, and distributors in the hydronics industry to increase market share and deliver profitable growth.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • As Wolseley continues to grow and enhance its operations, the Hydronics Sales Manager will be a leading change agent, contributing to the implementation of identified sales effectiveness and sales enablement initiatives to best leverage the knowledge and skills of their team.
  • Fully contributes to the development of the Sales strategy, with particular emphasis on enhancing availability and visibility, in line with the strategic objectives of the Company.

What you will bring:

  • Post Secondary education plus a minimum of seven (7) to ten (10) year related experience, including a minimum of three (3) to five (5) years progressive sales experience, preferably within the wholesale distribution industry, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Industry product knowledge related to Company product lines and markets served.
  • Knowledge of current and possible future policies, practices, trends and information affecting the organization.
  • Knowledgeable of the competition and aware of strategy and tactics
  • Proven ability to prepare and deliver professional documents and presentations to all levels of an organization.
  • Consistently meeting deadlines within a fastpaced work environment and works effectively within time constraints.
  • Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated success working in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.

Salary Range:
$95,000 - $105,000 (dependent on experience)
