The Insignia Hotel Sarnia, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel is situated in the quaint town of Sarnia in Ontario, Canada. The hotel was built in the '60's and was the pride of the community. In 2018, the hotel was transformed into the luxurious boutique hotel that it is known as today.The Insignia Hotel is a pet-friendly hotel in Sarnia and features 84 rooms and premium meeting and event space, fitness center, and indoor pool.

Your Duties:
your day could include all or some:
- You check in and check out guests
- Make and modify reservations for hotel and restaurant
- Troubleshoot guest requests
- Office duties, such as printing papers for the hotel & restaurant
- Answering calls
- Continuously relay important room and guest information to other team members.
- Take and deliver rooms service orders to guest rooms, if needed
- Ensure each guest is welcomed and provided assistance in a timely professional manner.
- Keep working area and lobby area clean at all times
- Provide personal recommendations for hotel services, local events & activities, dining options, transportation and more.
- Perform other reasonable duties as requested by management
Requirements:
- Proficient in English (Reading, Writing, and Speaking)
- High School Diploma
- LightSpeed Experience is a definite asset
- Hotel Front desk experience is a definite asset
Job Types:

Salary:
$16.00 per hour
