We are currently seeking a
Dental Receptionist

What you will be doing

  • Assisting the referring dental & medical community
  • Greet and welcome patients with a friendly and professional demeanour.
  • Maintain and update patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Collect payments, process billing, and manage financial transactions.
  • Coordinate with dental staff to optimize appointment scheduling and patient flow.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, ordering supplies, and data entry.
  • Uphold the highest standards of customer service and patient care.

What you will bring

  • A positive attitude with a welcoming and professional demeanour
  • Must have the ability to multitask and work in a fast pace environment
  • Previous experience in a dental office or a graduate from a dental assistant program
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using dental management software
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to maintain patient confidentiality.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
