Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor on a permanent basis for our Co-op Refinery Complex located in Regina, SK.


You are a strategic thinker who can build relationships and is committed to leading a team by setting expectations in safety, efficiency, and performance within a respective trade area.


What you'll do:


  • Lead, mentor, and supervise direct reports through the assignment of work, direction of work and managing performance and attendance.
  • Identify work delays, remove roadblocks, facilitate timely repairs, and collect and review work orders.
  • Assist in the development of daily, and weekly scheduling by developing and monitoring 7day week schedules and rotations.
  • Identify and consult on development of asset strategies, including equipment repair plans, equipment reliability plans or upgrades.

You will work closely with a team of Insulators and other Maintenance Supervisors and will report into the Maintenance Trades Manager.

Who you are:

You are looking for a career in Production, Trades and Maintenance and:

  • Have 8+ years of progressive trades experience, including 3+ years of leadership experience.
  • Have a Grade 12 diploma plus an Interprovincial Journeyperson or Proficiency certificate in one of the designated trades within Saskatchewan (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered)
