Description

Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor on a permanent basis for our Co-op Refinery Complex located in Regina, SK.

You are a strategic thinker who can build relationships and is committed to leading a team by setting expectations in safety, efficiency, and performance within a respective trade area.

What you'll do:

Lead, mentor, and supervise direct reports through the assignment of work, direction of work and managing performance and attendance.
Identify work delays, remove roadblocks, facilitate timely repairs, and collect and review work orders.
Assist in the development of daily, and weekly scheduling by developing and monitoring 7day week schedules and rotations.
Identify and consult on development of asset strategies, including equipment repair plans, equipment reliability plans or upgrades.

You will work closely with a team of Insulators and other Maintenance Supervisors and will report into the Maintenance Trades Manager.

Who you are:

You are looking for a career in Production, Trades and Maintenance and:

Have 8+ years of progressive trades experience, including 3+ years of leadership experience.
Have a Grade 12 diploma plus an Interprovincial Journeyperson or Proficiency certificate in one of the designated trades within Saskatchewan (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered)
