Position Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team.

The Business Development Manager will play a crucial role in driving our growth by identifying opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and improving our business development strategies.


Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and potential customers, understanding their needs and preferences.

Policy and Procedures: Collaborate with the company President to develop and utilize marketing materials, proposals, and campaigns targeted at ideal clients.

Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic business development plans, including identifying target markets, setting sales goals, and implementing effective sales strategies.

Lead:negotiations and closure of business deals, contracts, and partnerships.

Sales: Lead and maintain accurate sales opportunities within CRM to support the sales pipeline for new business.

Marketing: Conduct presentations and sales pitches to prospective clients.

Networking: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and local business associations to expand our network and build partnerships.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in business, or an degree in construction management would be an asset but not necessarily required. If you have the field experience and a strong desire to succeed, you may be a great asset to our team.
  • 5+ years' experience in Commercial and/or residential Construction as a Business Development Professional
  • Proven ability to sell construction services to clients
  • Advanced knowledge and proven experience in business development, sales, and marketing principles in the construction industry
  • Actively involved in industry associations and events.

Pay:
$90,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
