Job summary
We're looking for ONE full-time appointment setter. This is a pressure role. What this job actually is: Call every inbound lead immediately Dial 120–180 times per day Text leads relentlessly until you get a yes or a hard no Push through objections Ask for the appointment every single time Book inspections and move on to the next leadHard Requirements (Non-Negotiable): Proven appointment-setting experience (inside sales or high-volume dialing) Comfortable being on the phone all day History of 100+ calls/day Strong objection handling Clear, confident English-speaking voice Reliable internet, professional headset, quiet workspace Able to work 40 hours/week during U.S. CST business hours Comfortable having daily KPIs tracked and reviewed
