+ Lead coordinate overall technical design of stations facilities ensuring alignment project objectives requirements Manage interfaces between architectural structural mechanical electrical utilities disciplines Provide oversight direction Utilities Design Lead other discipline leads supporting station-related design Work closely design teams engineering consultants joint venture partners review approve design deliverables Liaise external stakeholders authorities utility providers approval agencies secure required permits approvals Ensure technical compliance applicable codes standards project specifications Contribute constructability reviews risk management resolution technical issues Support project reporting documentation presentations related stations facilities design Coach mentor junior team members + Degree Engineering Architecture related discipline Significant experience managing design activities stations facilities large infrastructure transit projects Demonstrated leadership overseeing multidisciplinary technical teams consultants Proven ability manage interfaces complex systems utilities Strong understanding station facility design large-scale infrastructure transportation projects Ability manage integrate multiple technical disciplines complex project environment Excellent leadership communication coordination skills working internal external stakeholders Familiarity with standard codes permitting processes Capacity balance technical requirements practical construction considerations + Stations Facilities Technical Manager provide leadership oversight technical design coordination station facility works ECWE SRS construction project This role responsible managing multidisciplinary activity delivering safe efficient constructible station facilities

Required Skills Competencies

  • Degree in Engineering Architecture or related discipline.
  • Significant experience managing design activities for stations and faculties within large infrastructure or transit projects.
  • Demonstrated leadership in overseeing multidisciplinary technical teams and consultants.
