The Chef is responsible for ensuring a superior guest experience through excellent food and hospitality. They will report directly to ownership.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and maintain menus for various services
- Adjust menus based on seasonality and availability of niche products
- In charge of hiring kitchen staff and team development
- Maintain all standards outlined in our employee code of condut
- Create reasonable and effective costing standards
- BOH inventory management
- Schedule BOH
- Maintain a clean and efficient kitchen
