Job Summary

York Region Home Maintenance is currently seeking a full-time Sales Associate to join our team in the Aurora/Richmond Hill area.

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for generating and closing sales for our home maintenance services.

This is a challenging and rewarding individual contributor role where you will have the opportunity to thrive in a results based economy based on your performance.

Responsibilities

Generate leads and build a pipeline of potential clients through networking, prospecting, and coldcalling.
Conduct sales calls and estimates to sell our services to potential clients.
Close sales contracts with clients, ensuring their needs and budget are met.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing business
Keep track of all sales activities and update CRM system accordingly.
Collaborate with our marketing team to identify potential sales opportunities and develop marketing strategies to target these opportunities
Participate in team meetings and trainings to continuously improve sales skills and knowledge of our services
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and goals set by the company.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent education
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the home maintenance or construction industry
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
Excellent communication, presentation skills and high level of professionalism and integrity
Strong time management and organizational skills
Knowledge of CRM software and experience with sales tracking systems
Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
