Program Coordinator
The Coordinator is responsible for the overall day to day management of residential service areas, meeting the mission and values of Winnserv Inc.
This leadership position is responsible for selecting, supervising, guiding, and developing staff, evaluating performance and dealing with employee relations and disciplinary issues within a unionized environment.
This position is also responsible to develop and manage services, carry out strategic plans, be actively involved in networking and the planning, and administration and evaluation of services.
Specific Areas of Responsibility:
- Service Development and Management works with natural support networks, acts as a resource to support person centered plans
- Advocacy
- Human Resource Management leading, training and developing staff teams
- Proposal and Budget Development
- Service Evaluation
- Administration payroll, responsible for individuals' records etc
- Financial maintaining and monitoring budgets and expenditures
- On Call Rotation
Qualifications
- Degree in Social Sciences or Diploma in Disability and Community Support
- 35 years leadership experience in human services
- The Coordinator is required to be resourceful, to handle a multitude of demands, and to be creative and imaginative
- Must possess problemsolving, facilitation and negotiation skills
- Must be capable of understanding and identifying changes in the physical and emotional needs of individuals
- Valid Driver's License and access to a vehicle
- Valid Criminal Record Search, Adult and Child Abuse Records Search
- Valid First Aid

Pay:
$58,849.00-$64,974.00 per year
