Principle Responsibilities

  • Performs administrative tasks including filing, data entry and answering telephone calls
  • Provides support for Managers and employees to help maintain accurate records
  • Interacts with customers with a high level of professionalism and service focus
  • Assists in the design and implementation of key projects in support of business direction
  • Complies with all company safety policies and safe work procedures
  • Makes travel arrangements for employees when necessary
  • Supports branch with customer invoicing and organization

Required knowledge and training

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Postsecondary education in office administration considered an asset
  • Minimum 1 year experience in an office environment
  • Dataentry and working with databases experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong ability to demonstrate confidentiality
  • Able to prioritize workload while working with competing priorities, tight deadlines and multiple distractions
