Ensure the financial accuracy of each event's billing, collaborating closely with the Food & Beverage Manager. Your vigilance and precision in this critical role safeguard our club's reputation and reliability.

Essential Qualifications:

A Degree or Certificate in Food & Beverage Management from a Post-Secondary institution is highly preferred. We're looking for someone with a solid grounding in the principles that underpin our industry.
You bring 57 years of rich experience in Banquet Service, including at least 2 years where you've thrived in a supervisory role, ideally within a Hotel or Private Club setting. Your journey reflects a commitment to excellence and leadership in highpaced, elegant environments.
With your proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the JONAS banquet module or similar software.
A Smart Serve certificate is a musthave, ensuring you can lead your team in delivering responsible and sophisticated beverage service. A Wine Certification or Sommelier certification is nice to have, but not required.
The ability to work under strict time constraints and handle pressure with poise is essential. We seek someone who sees challenges as opportunities to excel.
Your flexibility to work various shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, means our team can rely on you to be there when it counts, ensuring our high standards are maintained around the clock.
