Lead plant activities related to the manufacturing of products., providing superior customer satisfaction while operating as lowest cost producer, and providing a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.


  • Accountable for the effective production planning, manufacturing, warehousing and transportation of goods to our customers with due regard for quality, safety, and company standards
  • Responsible for coordinating and cooperating daily with our facilities located in Italy.
  • Responsible for the development of our production facility in Brantford, Ontario, in accordance with the Italian Managements.
  • Analyzes deviation from the Quality Standard, and find solutions to solve any possible problems.
  • Responsible for liaising with primary client, an Italian multinational company

Salary:
$17.50-$18.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Evening shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Night shift
  • Overtime
  • Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Brantford, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
