Part-Time
Call Centre Representative
at
Parkway Honda.
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-orientated individual to join our team. In this customer-focused role, you'll handle all incoming customer appointment inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. If you are interested in working in a fast-paced setting, and thrive from offering exceptional customer service experiences, then this could be the next position for you.

- Are a people person. You'll be interacting with customers every day.
- Are a good listener. You take the time to learn about the customer's wants and needs to ensure a positive customer service experience.
- Are a master of lists. You'll generate appointment lists on a daily basis.
- Are organized. You'll be responsible for various clerical duties.
- Are persistent and like to see things through to completion. You'll also tackle any obstacles or barriers you may encounter along the way.
You'll also need to have:
- Customer service experience (considered an asset).
