About the Role
Tasks Include
- Focus on managing ecommerce projects through our studio. The asks will include creating and delivering First-InSeries (FIS) designs for approval and moving onto Next-InSeries (NIS) adaptive rollout.
- Support development and execute project plans for managing carousel tiles projects through our studio; ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Oversee the endtoend project lifecycle, from conception to delivery. Heavy emphasis of downloading, file management, and checking assets.
- Implement and enforce accessibility standards, as well as review deliverables for legal and retailer requirements.
- Define and communicate specifications for end user uploads, ensuring compliance with platform requirements and standards.
- Leverage experience in digital asset management to organize and catalog content efficiently.
- Implement DAM best practices for version control, metadata tagging, asset retrieval, and adherence to stringent file naming conventions.
- Bonus if familiar with Salsify, an asset management and product experience platform, used to optimize processes and workflows.
- Collaborate with QA teams to identify and address any issues.
- Communicate effectively with crossfunctional teams and clients. Provide regular updates on project progress, potential challenges, and solutions.
- Create and maintain documentation for processes, specifications, and best practices.

Experience
- 13 years of experience in the industry; some agency experience
- Experience with a range of categories including CPG, food/beverage/wine/spirits, technology, toy and gaming preferred
- Understanding of the North American eretail landscape: Walmart, Target, Amazon, major grocery, etc.
- Familiarity with Apple OS, Microsoft Office, DAM
