Job Summary
You will oversee our production processes, ensuring the employees runs smoothly and efficiently. You will motivate a team of production associates to achieve production goals, quality standards and delivery deadlines.

Schedules Available:

Afternoons 3:00PM to Midnight
Monday to Friday

Responsibilities

Use effective leadership strategies to engage and motivate employees
Commit to the continuous learning and professional development of staff
Demonstrate strong problemsolving skills to maximize production efficiencies
Make strategic decisions about the frontline workforce to optimize operations
Practice strong communication skills and work crossfunctionally to strengthen interdepartmental cooperation
Enforce safety regulations and plant rules to ensure a safe and health work environment
Adhere to the collective agreement in a unionized environment

Qualifications

2+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
OSSD or Equivalent
2 professional reference
Willingness to work weekends when required
Ability to stand and walk for up to 10 hours

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
$65,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
