What You Will Be Doing

  • Employee Supervision.
  • Batching of concrete.
  • Maintenance of concrete plant.
  • Maintenance of Mixer Fleet.
  • Inventory Management.
  • Ensure the efficient and timely delivery of products according to customer's needs.
  • Completion of paperwork.
  • Maintaining the plant and the yard.
  • Daily interaction with management, employees, customers, and the public to identify and address issues and concerns.

What We Would Like from You

  • Must have good mathematical skills.
  • Experience in the operation of a batch plant.
  • Previous dispatch experience is an asset.
  • Must have knowledge of concrete mix designs.
  • Must have mechanical aptitude.
  • Intermediate computer experience.
  • Concrete Technology Experience.
  • Knowledge of the Ready-Mix Industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
