Line Cooks
St. Boniface Golf Club is looking for a experienced Line cook.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Cook dishes to specification.
  • Prepare an array of breakfast, lunch, dinner dishes, including specials.
  • Maintain the quality of each dish while ensuring a quick output
  • Basic Food Preparation
  • Maintain cleanliness of front line and kitchen
  • Be able to explain dishes to wait staff and customers.
  • Be able to prepare food in a timely manner.
  • Conform to standard kitchen safety protocols.

What does a successful breakfast/Lunch cook look like?

  • Minimum 2 years culinary experience
  • Able to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Able to work independently or as a team.
  • Are passionate about quality and professionalism.
  • Maintains composure and thrives in a fastpaced environment.
  • Positive attitude
  • Able to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
  • Food Handlers recommended
  • Assist with other kitchen operations as needed and directed.
  • Good communication skills

Job Types:

Salary:
$16.00-$19.00 per hour
