You will be working in the Marketing team connecting product, marketing, and sales teams with our customers. You will be executing go-to-market strategies and coordinating new feature launches. You will be researching the market and uncovering customer feedback to help with business decisions. This role will report to CMO.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define product positioning, messaging, competitive differentiation, and gotomarket strategy.
  • Lead the process of packaging and pricing.
  • Execute product marketing initiatives around new features, releases, and upgrades.
  • Provide research on key use cases/user stories and target markets.
  • Assist with gotomarket and sales enablement by communicating and educating the value proposition of features to our sales/support/marketing teams.
  • Assist with preparing internal team to ensure readiness of product launches by creating data sheets, white papers, website copy, and other collateral.
  • Work closely with Content team to create content (e.g. sales documentation, product videos, website copy, blog posts, Quora, and other forums) to articulate the benefits of our products to the world.
  • Obtain and manage use cases and customer stories with Content, Demand Generation and Customer Success.
  • Work closely with Product team to convey customer use cases and help define product requirements.
  • Other related duties as required.

Requirements:


  • 3+ years of product marketing experience (5+ years of experience for the director level) at a B2B software technology company, SaaS preferred.
  • Highly organized with strong project management and time management skills.
  • Ability to communicate and write clearly and effectively to both individuals and large groups.
  • Solid understanding and knowledge of various product roadmaps and product pipelines.
  • Solid technology background in SaaS.
  • Relationship builder who is able to get buyins from stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, computer science or related field is preferred.
  • Currently resides in the Lower Mainland of Vancouver.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Previous experience in customer experience, CRM software company
