Entity and activity description The main objective and purpose of the Account Executive's role consists of achieving Air Liquide's sales vision within the Bulk Process Industries' division, while promoting safety, quality, awareness and compliance with company policies.**
Location : Reports to the Hamilton office in a Hybrid mode.

Missions and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy for his territory with the objective of maximizing profitability in the GTA, Golden Horseshoe and Kitchner region
  • Take ownership of the account portfolio creating value to ALC's customers
  • Work together with cross functional departments such as finance,logistics, operations & engineering, as well as, corporate
  • Maintain sound management of customer accounts using
    CRM (Salesforce)

Competencies and Profile

Competencies that are required:


  • Minimum of
    3 5 years of experience in i
    ndustrial sales or comparable experience:
  • Your sales and negotiation skills have been proven and you are always looking to surpass assigned metrics
  • You understand how to manage and negotiate long term contracts
  • You are recognized for your positive attitude, team spirit and your leadership
  • You are an excellent communicator(spoken and written)
  • You have knowledge of the gas industry
    (an asset)

Requirements:


  • University degree (Commerce, Science, Chemistry, Engineering)
  • Minimum 35 years industrial and / or contract sales experience
  • Proficient using CRM and computer systems
  • Knowledge of the
    industrial gas industry would be an asset
