About the Role:

Job Title: Engineering Manager.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Support Engineering leads and facilitate engineering team meetings: daily standups, planning meetings, retrospectives etc.

• Motivate Engineering teams to predictably execute on time and at a high quality level on highest priority items.

• Manage dependencies and stakeholders from other parts of the game team.

• Milestone planning, execution, and evaluation.

• Proactive risk management and mitigation.

• Create, update, and present status and information to team and leadership team.

• Identify task-related processes to improve efficiency.

Must Haves:

• Minimum 2 year's project management or game production or equivalent experience

• Minimum 1 year technical experience, writing code or equivalent experience

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between CA$ 85,000- CA$ 105,000 Annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
