Job Brief


We are looking for a customer-focused, proactive Customer Service Representative to be the face and voice of our company focused within our distribution sales division dedicated to supporting our distribution customers in Atlantic Canada.


The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service by assisting and resolving any customer-related issues efficiently as well as providing support to our outside sales representatives.


This includes answering product and service questions, quotations, counter sales, processing orders, and handling complaints in a courteous and professional manner.


Responsibilities

  • Provide product and service information to customers
  • Process orders and transactions
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints
  • Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
  • Follow up on customer interactions
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge of the evolving products and services
  • Support outside sales representative activities

Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as a Customer Service Representative
  • Strong phone handling skills and listening skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • High level of organization
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
$55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
