A Day in the Life
Ø
_Provides administrative support to the sales function such as preparing sales and/or expense forecasts, budgets, and quotas; coordinating sales meetings; _
- etc. _

Ø
_Conducts statistical analysis on sales data and information to ensure optimal sales execution and attainment of growth _
- objectives. _

Ø
_Develops territorial sales quotas in accordance with the profit _
- plan. _

Ø
_Maintains on-line sales and marketing system, verifying the accuracy of the data and acting as liaison with information technology in identifying and resolving _
- problems. _

Ø
_Prepares and controls commission incentive budgets for a particular district or _

Ø _Responsible for reporting complaints and Adverse Drug Reactions _(ADR) _

Ø Collects and analyzes sales data, looking for trends and identifying risks and opportunities to inform sales leadership.

Ø Accountable for financial and quality metrics relating to consignment inventory and identifying opportunities to improve consignment business model


Ø Produces and provides push reports to sales leadership and field personal that track sales performance on a monthly basis and identifies trends, risks, and opportunities.

Ø Creates and manages innovative dashboards to track key metrics for Sr. Leadership

Ø Assists Region Sales Leadership in manual allocation exercises

Ø Provides insight and develops supporting materials (graphs, charts, slides, images) to inform Region Sales Leadership.


Ø Collects region market intel on a monthly basis from sales leaders and feed information and data based on Blue Yonder schedule, to Marketing Operations Manager who will consolidate input from each zone to provide Demand Planning by business portfolio and by CFN assumptions to adjust statistical forecast.

Must have.
Ø _Bachelor's degree _or _

Ø
_Advanced degree _

Ø
_Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with bachelor's degree _
- or; _

Ø _Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, with advanced _degree _

Ø Super user of Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint

Ø Analytical

Ø Effective communicator

Ø Process driven
