Career Opportunity

Ajax Nissan is currently seeking a Shuttle Driver to join their Service Team The Shuttle Driver will be responsible for providing safe, friendly, and timely transportation to our customers within a designated radius of the dealership. Whether transporting customers to work, home, or other destinations, you will play a crucial part in creating a positive customer experience and ensuring customer satisfaction during service appointments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Transport customers to and from the dealership in a safe, timely, and courteous manner.
  • Ensure customers' vehicles are properly parked and secured before leaving the dealership.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-maintained shuttle vehicle, both inside and out.
  • Communicate with the service department to ensure timely pick-up and drop-off times.
  • Provide excellent customer service by being friendly, approachable, and helpful to customers.
  • Assist with the delivery of messages, customer paperwork, or other items as requested.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations, traffic laws, and dealership policies while driving.
  • Perform basic vehicle inspections and report any issues or maintenance needs to the service team.
  • Assist with other dealership tasks as needed, such as running errands or light deliveries.

Qualifications

  • Valid G driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or driving role preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on providing outstanding customer service.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Ability to lift and carry items up to 25 pounds (e.g., paperwork, customer belongings).
  • Ability to drive safely in various weather conditions and traffic situations.
  • A friendly, approachable attitude and professional appearance.
