Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook top-quality menu items on demand, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and standards.

Maintain a clean and well-organized workspace, strictly adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.


Collaborate with the executive chef in the creation of new menu items and the ongoing enhancement of our food service operations.

Assist the kitchen team in a range of tasks, including inventory management, equipment maintenance, and dishwashing.

Demonstrate strong leadership skills within the kitchen team, promoting a positive and professional work environment.


Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience as a line cook in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant.

Proven leadership skills and the ability to guide, motivate and work effectively with a team.

A sound understanding of food safety and sanitation guidelines, with a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Exceptional communication skills.

A passion for food, accompanied by an eagerness for continuous learning and improvement.
