Overview:

Responsibilities:


  • Greet patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Schedule patient appointments and manage the office calendar
  • Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information
check height weight and vitals and add them to the EMR

Thorough knowledge of the EMR system, we use Accuro/ QHR technologies.

  • Handle phone inquiries and route calls appropriately
  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure efficient patient flow

Requirements:


  • Proficiency in medical terminology and understanding of medical office procedures
  • Experience with electronic medical records systems, preferably Accuro
  • Previous work experience in a medical or dental office setting is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of medical receptionist duties is required
  • Ability to operate office equipment and phone systems effectively

From $20.00 per hour
