Requirements:

Own Vehicle & Tools:

• Possess a reliable vehicle for transportation to job sites.
• Have your own set of tools required for painting tasks.

Registered Business and WSIB Compliance:

• Operate as a registered business in compliance with local regulations.
• Stay up to date with Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) requirements.

Full-Time Availability:

• Able to work fulltime, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend availability.

Positive Attitude and Team Player:

• Demonstrate a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure project success.

Additional Skills and Requirements:

Experience and Skill Set:

• Proven experience as a painter.
• Additional experience in exterior painting, spray cabinetry, wallpapering, or other specialized areas.

Surface Preparation:

• Knowledge of proper surface preparation techniques, including sanding, patching, and priming.

Material Knowledge:

• Familiarity with different types of paints, stains, and finishes.

Safety Awareness:

• Adherence to safety guidelines and best practices in the use of equipment and materials.

Attention to Detail:

• Keen attention to detail to ensure a highquality finish.

Customer Service Skills:

• Good communication skills for interacting with clients and understanding their preferences.

From $16.80 per hour
