Improves tenant experience, ensures property and equipment maintenance is standard.

This includes minor installations and repairs, replacing light bulbs, servicing equipment and performing preventative maintenance programs, as well as liaising with outside contractors as required.


Job specific responsibilities include:

  • Monitor and adjust the heating, ventilation and air conditioning system;
  • Minor plumbing or electrical repairs;
  • Replace lights or bulbs throughout the building, as needed;
  • To do the housework;
  • Painting;
  • If applicable, work with outside contractors;
  • Other assigned tasks.
  • Bilingual, English/French;
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in maintenance or as a site manager;
  • Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electricity, an asset;
  • Basic computer skills;
  • Endurance and physical strength.
