Qualifications:

Must have minimum 1 year F&I or Sales Manager experience in the automotive industry
Proven track record of success having met or exceeded targets
Ability to work well under pressure, individually and as part of a team
Proven conflict resolution skills
Ability to interpret information provided by Credit Bureau and assess risk
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent work ethic and integrity
Demonstrates CROWN Auto Group's CARMA Values: Collaborate, Accountable, Relationshipfocused, Motivated, Attitude.
Other languages spoken considered an asset

What to expect:

What you'll do:

Accountable for all activities related to vehicle sales in the dealership maintaining profit margins, meeting established targets and maintain customer satisfaction
Successfully complete all assigned sales and F&I training courses
Work directly with customers to complete sales and finance transactions according to Company and Lender policies, procedures and best practices
Conducting a thorough credit interview process and liaising with lenders
Obtain and review Credit Bureau's with the customer(s) / applicant(s)
Offer and sale of asset and financial protection products i.e. extended warranties, GAP insurance, life insurance, accident and health, etc.
Meeting established K.P.I.s (Key Performance Indicators) of the position
Complete finance documents with customer
Upon completion of sales and financing agreements, submit documentation to lenders for funding
Address and resolve customer concerns and complaints (escalating to management when appropriate)
Other duties may be assigned as required
