Qualifications:

2 years experience in a Body Shop environment
Completion of Red Seal Journeyperson Certification
Experience in writing supplements
Read and understand insurance claims
Valid driver's license
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Advanced decisionmaking and problemsolving abilities
Ability to prioritize and maintain professionalism during highvolume period
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
