About us
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Staffing Sales Manager to join our team in Brampton.

As a Staffing Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing client relationships within the staffing industry.

Your primary focus will be on generating new business opportunities, fostering client partnerships, and achieving revenue targets.

This is a leadership role that requires exceptional sales skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to build and lead a high-performing sales team.


Responsibilities:


Business Development:

  • Identify and prospect potential clients in the Brampton area, including corporations, organizations, and businesses in need of staffing solutions.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate new business opportunities and expand the client base.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads and opportunities through networking, cold calling, client referrals, and other sales techniques.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging client needs.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decisionmakers and stakeholders within client organizations.
  • Understand client requirements, staffing needs, and business objectives to provide tailored staffing solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop and negotiate contracts, service agreements, and pricing structures.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction by promptly addressing any concerns or issues.

Sales Team Management:

  • Recruit, train, and mentor a highperforming sales team, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
  • Set sales targets, monitor progress, and motivate the team to achieve individual and collective goals.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings, performance evaluations, and provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities.
  • Foster a collaborative and competitive sales culture, encouraging teamwork and sharing of best practices.

Sales Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management review.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Make datadriven recommendations to optimize sales strategies, target markets, and revenue growth.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience(35 years) in sales, business development, or account management within the staffing industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Brampton market and local industry trends.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team.
  • Resultsoriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales productivity tools.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.

Salary:
$48,069.00-$53,762.00 per year
