Maplesoft Group is currently seeking an Intermediate Project Planner for Real Property (Onsite) for our Federal Government client.

The following responsibilities are associated with the "Statement of Work" but are not limited to:
Primary Responsibilities

Procurement Specialist, Intermediate tasks may include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Attend infrastructure project meetings to keep up to date and aware of scheduling issues, changes, priorities.
  • Help end users fill out and submit the CF141 Construction Engineering (CE) Work Request and Client Accommodation Request (CAR) forms. Forms will be signed by group leaders and/or section heads before submission.
  • Assist clients in preparing the Real Property Coordinating Committee (RPCC) Project Prioritization Sheet.
  • Review engineering work packages to identify assumptions and constraints for real property project planning.
  • Track project progress through to completion. Building projects could include modifications to building layout, Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Alarm, and other building systems. Must complete the CF141 form and submit for signature by the group leaders and/or section heads.
  • Coordinate and develop requirement documentation in support of a major capital project to modernize laboratories.
  • Track daytoday infrastructure issues and provide recommendations for resolution.
  • Maintain an uptodate project prioritization list for QETE facilities.
  • Monitor work order and project schedules and provide recommendations for mitigation strategies and contingency plans to reduce and/or manage schedule risk.
  • Track health and safety, industrial security and environmental compliance projects to ensure they receive the appropriate priority.
  • Submit monthly progress reports on major activities.
