Scope of Position: Handles all aspects of Releasing files for assigned client base. Assists team and department members to ensure that all work is completed timely and within company standards.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

Client instructions/S.O.P.- ensure that client instructions are understood and followed consistently.

Releasing of freight: ensure that freight is released correctly and timely.

To assist junior staff with questions regarding releasing freight. .

To ensure that all clients, drivers and staff members are assisted when needed

To ensure that our company credit policy is followed at all times.

Prefer post-secondary education, or at least High School Diploma.

Must have industry knowledge and experience.

Excellent typing and communication skills.
