Job Summary:


Location:
Vaughan, Ontario


Employment:
Full-time (Monday-Friday)


Compensation:
Hourly


Job Responsibilities and Duties:


  • Interact and assist customers via intercom or telephone.
  • Identify emergency and nonemergency situations on site.
  • Remotely access Parking control system to troubleshoot and provide level1 customer support.
  • Manage incidents from logging, triaging, routing and escalation of open incidents using incident management software.
  • Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
  • Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:


  • Strong computer skills, must have experience with Windows; Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, Word,
  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to operate independently as well as in a team.
