• Schedule and confirm medical appointments using the Electronic Medical Records system ( OSCAR)
• Maintain office flow with essential interaction with our patients.
• Collecting Methadone clinic fee from patients and ministry
• Initiate and maintain confidential medical files and record
• Provide full clerical services as required to proficiently complete the day to day activities
• Maintain overall tidiness of the office
• Efficient with time and able to multitask in a fastpaced environment
• Reliable, flexible, friendly and professional
• Preferably Knowledge of Oscar EMR but not mandatory
• Minimum of 2 years experience as MOA
• Preferably knowledge of basic addiction, working in addiction field but not mandatory

• French not required

• No weekends
