Job summary
The Mint is hiring a Manager, Winnipeg Production Operations who can thrive in a dynamic and inclusive environment. Reporting to the Director, Operations, Minting & Technical Services, you'll be responsible for overseeing production activities in the blanking, coining, packaging, die production and coin finishing areas of our state-of-the-art Winnipeg facility. This role exists to ensure safe efficient and reliable operations that meet the Mint's high standards for health and safety quality productivity.
Responsibilities
- Lead mentor manage a talented team of supervisors in the manufacturing production areas to meet production delivery requirements operational objectives.
- Champion health safety as a core value by ensuring compliance with legislation internal standards continuous improvement initiatives.
