WHAT YOU'LL DO:


Role:

An exciting and challenging position exists as the Key Accounts Manager within CoolIT's Product Department.

As the global leader in scalable liquid cooling technology for desktop computers and data centers, CoolIT expects to continue our strong growth trend in 2023.

As a part of this rapidly growing organization, you will be a contributor to CoolIT's continued and aggressive growth, supporting the company's client relationship and growth strategy with key accounts.


Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for meeting CoolIT's program pipeline and forecast targets. Developing account management plans for new and existing accounts that result in double digit revenue growth
  • Know our key accounts' product roadmap inside and out
  • Support commercial aspects of our relationship with key accounts, including program pipeline, product forecast, product pricing, schedules and escalations
  • Be the voice and a strong advocate for your customers within the company; continuously strive for and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Partner with peers in the company to crossfunctionally ensure execution on customer programs at the highest level
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to generate industry leading sales collateral and proposals
  • Continuously engage with and learn from the Product and Engineering teams to develop a deep understanding of our hardware and services
  • Engage regularly in the review and negotiation of various customerrelated contracts
  • Develop gotomarket plans for OEM partner products
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures

Basic Qualifications:


  • 5+ years experience in account management roles
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Commerce, or equivalent
  • Knowledge of data center and IT market

Preferred
Qualifications:


  • Awareness of data center cooling strategies
  • Experience working with large enterprise IT companies

Skills:


  • Passionate about new technologies
  • A selfmotivated individual with a thirst for knowledge that moves fast
  • Enjoys and contributes to a collaborative culture where nothing is impossible
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time (International Travel)
