Commercial Bank Experience in Treasury Management a plus (Commercial Card, Payments, New to Bank Customer Onboarding), and Commercial Bank Capabilities
Industry Knowledge and Experience in Treasury Management Solutions (enterprise payment as an example)
Proficient with Customer Journey Mapping and Business Capability Mapping
Proficient in business process mapping and mapping tools (current and future state, Visio)
Proficient in PowerPoint and Microsoft suite of tools.
Sets priorities under conditions of limited resources and competing demands.
Builds credibility, establishes rapport, and maintains communication with stakeholders at multiple levels, including those external to the organization.
Able to provide status updates and reporting metrics to project leadership and contribute towards ontime and onbudget delivery.
Works to understand the big picture and/or piece things together and considers the long/shortterm impact of work on the whole.
Can switch from detail to big picture seamlessly.
