The Role

The Marketing and Digital Communications Specialist at E3 Lithium will support the company's brand, reputation, corporate communications and investor relations strategies.

Reporting to the Director, Investor Relations and Corporate Communications, the person in this role will be highly creative, industrious, and will enjoy contributing to many different areas of importance simultaneously.

The person most successful in this role will be a self-starter able to balance a variety of tasks.

E3 has experienced significant growth in the past year and the role will be demanding with more hands-on work as expected of a high growth company.

This role will provide a unique ability to grow and progress in areas of interest including investor relations, media relations, corporate communications and corporate reputation, and will provide the ability to contribute to building a new sustainable industry in Canada.

Core Skills

• Excellent written communication skills;
• Strong project management skills, organizational abilities and professionalism.
• Event management experience;
• Indepth knowledge of social media channels, successful strategies for each and ability to derive insights from data analytics;
• Graphic design and video skills a benefit;
• Motivated selfstarter with superior judgement;
• Ability to work independently and forge strong relationships with the team;
• Previous experience with publicly traded companies an asset;
• Understanding of securities legislation and compliance requirements an asset;
• Excel and modeling abilities an asset.

Responsibilities

• Copywrite external communication;
• Manage websites and social medial channels;
• Develop strategies for engagement across social media channels;
• Support brand and reputation management including representing E3 Lithium at events, developing presentations, writing speeches, developing key messages and supporting E3 Lithium's management team;
• Support investor relations;
• Lead event management and logistics of such events as E3's annual Investor Day;
• Support media relations strategy execution and relationship management;
• Compile reports;
• Compile data analytics for website and social media channels;
• Provide other support to Director, Investor Relations and Corporate Communications as required.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in communications, marketing, business or a related field;
• 35 years of experience in communications or marketing, or a commensurate combination of education and experience;
• Investor Relations courses or Canadian Securities Course an asset but not a requirement;
• Extremely proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint and Outlook);
• Any experience in graphic design or app generation software programs an asset;
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record;
• Willing to complete a background check.
