Vancouver Prop and Costume is a rental facility for film.

This is a full time, permanent position with medical and dental benefits plus your birthday off with pay are offered after six months employment.

Job description

Your responsibilities to start would include restocking clothing and accessories, maintaining and organizing our inventory, assisting other staff members, and general warehouse duties.

Restocking duties will require a person who is comfortable with heights and lifting heavy items.

Future responsibilities would include direct customer service such as checking orders in and out, assistance in locating key garments and sending documents and reminders to our clients.

Additional qualifications and assets we're looking for - being able to work in a fast-paced environment, an ability to pay attention to detail, some sewing experience and a good understanding of fabrics.

Knowledge of fashion history and terminology would also be a key asset.
