- Analyze floor operations, prioritize tasks, and assign team members based on shift requirements.
- Ensure team productivity and assist members in achieving targets.
- Promote and uphold health and safety standards in the work environment.
- Supervise equipment inspections and address mechanical issues promptly.
- Identify training needs for the team and recommend improvement opportunities.
- Monitor pallet scanning for all distributed items, address distribution errors, and coordinate pallet distribution with other departments.
- Manage the use of electric pallet jacks at the beginning and end of shifts and oversee equipment cleaning.
- Prepare dispatch worksheets, track missing distribution labels, and generate productivity reports.
- Maintain a smooth departmental flow and provide input on the work environment and equipment used.
- College diploma in administration, supply chain, operations management, or a related field;
- Minimum of one year in a similar role;
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively;
- Proficiency in the Office suite, especially Excel;
- Strong communication and leadership skills;
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
