    Description
    Our client is a business law firm specializing in guiding clients from startup inception to exit strategies.

    Their diverse clientele includes technology startups, family-owned businesses, late-stage private corporations, public companies, banks, lending groups, angel investors, and Venture Capital firms.

    They are dedicated, commercially astute, and deeply committed to their profession and their ethos centers on fostering enduring connections and partnerships.

    The position entails managing corporate tax matters and providing support to clients in corporate restructurings.

    The lawyer in this role will primarily focus on tax planning and resolving tax disputes, requiring a minimum of 5 years of experience in tax law and a desire for professional advancement, including the potential for partnership.

    Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
    5 or more years of experience in corporate tax law
    Passionate about tax law
