This is temporary position for 12-18 months. This position is based in our Calgary SE location, Ave SE_._

Hours:
Monday to Friday 5:00pm-1:00am**
Wage: $24.12 per hour**- Data entry of information into excel spredsheets

Creating manifests
Scanning bills of lading and data entry
Verification of carrier paperwork against load sheets
Scanner control mantintenance
Verirication of scan reports against loaded trailers prior to departure
Contacting customers, outside carriers and drivers
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize work and meeting deadlines
Strong data entry skills
Team Player
Excellent organizational skills ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines
Excellent interpersonal skills
Must be physically fit able to lift 70 lbs. unassisted
Able to work independently
Self motivated, enthusiastic, energetic, well groomed
Good computer skills (MS Office)
High attention to detail
Able to work in a fast paced and demanding environment
